The very first
appt.(in West Mifflin office) was made about 3 weeks prior to visit. Left work 1/2 way thru my work day. Drove 40 miles to appt. and they have a different name in my time slot. I said I was sure that was a mistake, they called other person to confirm appt & she said she had an appt on another day (in which my name was written in her time slot) but still refused to acknowledge the mistake and wouldnt give me my appt so I had to wait another 3 weeks. Went to that appt. Had filling done and it fell out same day". Went to next appt had filling redone/. I spent 3 months having small procedures done waiting in
dental chair sometimes 3 hours for something that should have taken 30 minutess tops!. To keep the peace "dentist" would offer up script of vicoden & percocet even tho
dental work BY FAR justified need for pain meds". Had temp cap done in October". Temp fell out same nite". When I called office they want to schedule "reglueing" for 2 weeks later (???),. Permanant cap came in January (3 months later!!!) and while putting in the permanant cap - it crumbled while they were gluing it in'. Dentist acted like I had done something wrong to cause it to happen meanwhile im just sitting there with my mouth open...ALL dental work that was paid for there has to be redone!!!! The staff is sooo rude. The "dentist" is a complete *** and complains about being overworked (not my problem!) and I am now a year later dealing with a greivance process to get my $ back. DON'T GO TO KATSUR!!!! I was warned by one of my friends that they were "ghetto" dentistry but since they were close by I decided to try them regardless of what she said (she as well had to go thru a greivance process w/ insurance for her daughters botched orthodontics). 129b750
